HONEY AND LEMON TEA YUMMY RECIPE AND BENEFITS

 Honey and lemon tea is a refreshing healthy recipe to get a great start to your day.


This is a healthy traditional drink used as a cure for cough, inflamed, irritated, dry throat mostly during winter season. The dry and cold air during winter season can cause the nasal   passage to dry out and irritate the throat and lungs which further results in cough and breathing problems. Honey and lemon has a vide variants of vitamins and both have antiviral and antibacterial properties which helps in soothing cough.



Honey and lemon tea is a simple healthy recipe which requires less than 5 min to prepare.



      RECIPE

  1. One glass of water is taken and is kept to boil.
  2. When the water starts to boil add half a tease spoon of tea powder to it.
  3. Let the water boil for some more time till the colour change is uniformly spread. 
  4. Half a tease spoon of honey and one fourth tease spoon of sugar is put in serving glass.
  5. Add two to three drops of lemon juice with some lemon peels to it.
  6. Now add the prepared tea to the glass.
  7. Mix the tea well.
  8. Ready to be served.
